0.5pt e/way Sir Jack Thomas (98) & 0.5pt e/way Ramiro (101) – Decent enough performances from the selections who rewarded each way support but found the runaway winner Janoobi (107) quite a bit ahead of his handicap mark. Result 4th 14/1 adv…9/1 SP & Result 2nd 9/1, 8/1 adv…8/1 SP.

0.75pt e/way Perseverants (101) – A solid effort from the selection who was closing down on the winner at the finish. A stiffer test of stamina may have resulted in a different outcome. Result 2nd 13/2, 6/1 adv…6/1 SP.

0.75pt e/way Angel On Fire (94) – Another step forward on the clock from the selection who was denied a clear run on two occasions during the race before finishing best to claim fourth place. A return to a mile should see him in an even better light, A profitable day with all selections making the frame. Result 4th 15/2 adv…12/1 SP.
