Yesterday’s Review

0.5pt e/way Room Service (108) – A decent step back in the right direction for the selection on softer ground who just found one too good. He was the only one to make serious headway from the rear, and a stiffer track should see him go one better. Result 2nd 15/2 adv..11/2F SP R4 5c.

0.75pt e/way Our Mighty Mo (102) – A five lengths per mile slower performance from the selection who had every chance at the finish but looked to prefer a return to a shorter trip. Result 3rd 9/1 adv…7/1 SP R4 5c.

0.5pt e/way Wilde And Dandy (100) – The selection returned to form over his favourite course and distance with a one and a quarter length victory over 66/1 outsider Nubough (98). A kind draw in stall two, and a prominent position obtained by jockey Joey Haynes helped his cause along with the disappointing performance from the favourite Twitch (97). Result 1st 11/2 adv…9/2 SP.

Today’s Advice

Famed Again (7f 2yo) – This two-year-old made a huge step forward on the clock last time out over the mile at Listowel when recording a (104) speed figure from a wide draw behind an easy winner and potential Group horse Right And True (112). The drop back to seven furlongs for today’s (2.15) Naas should suit this prominent racing trailblazer, and a kind draw in stall two has been secured. The slight concern will be the uphill finish, and the fact that somebody has taken all the fancy prices earlier on…. Still at a double figure price she looks worth a sporting interest.
