Yesterday’s Review

0.75pt e/way Ordep (99) – It was right to take on the favourite Yamdeek who had a few questions to answer. The selection raced prominently and his experience of the track paid off as he battled all the way to a comfortable 5 length victory. Result 1st 4/1 adv…4/1 SP.

1pt e/way Saayedd (109) – The selection was a couple of lengths below the figure I had in mind for him despite being backed from 8/1 into 7/2. Nevertheless, this was the fastest race on the card and the winner Killer Collect (114) put in a career best performance making all the running. Ray Dawson had our mount in a decent position tracking the winner but when it came to the business end the opposition raised their game to a higher than expected level for the class.
