POSITIVE SMILE (7f Hcap) – The (9.50) Sha Tin looks to have the right contestants to the fore of the market. Short price favourite Super Express won his first race in almost a year last time out when finishing three quarters of a length ahead of Six Pack over course and distance having led a furlong from home. The prominent racer has another kind draw in stall 4 this morning and should run his race once again. Looking at his timefigure profile I have a (109) in mind for him as things stand.
Second favourite Aurio has a similar chance on the clock although most of his form has been achieved over six furlongs. The selection appears to have been transformed following the application of blinkers which has resulted in two recent course and distance victories. He was drawn wide in stall 13 last time out but showed a strong turn of foot from the rear to collar Aeroinvincible (who has already won on this morning’s card). A (108) timefigure reads very well in the context of this morning’s race considering he is carrying 11lbs less and has a more favourable draw in stall three. Keith ML Yeung retains the ride and everything looks in place for another solid performance.
