Yesterday’s Review
0.5pt e/way Where Love Lives (95) – The selection couldn’t find another gear when asked to quicken two furlongs out and this was very disappointing as he came home in 12th place beaten 8 lengths. He was well below his two recent performances and has questions to answer now.
0.75pt e/way Ethical Diamond (105) – This six-year-old failed to find his past winning form as he raced keen enough in rear and found little when asked in the home straight. A stronger pace was needed up front for him to show his best.
0.75pt e/way Comanche Brave (106) – The selection travelled well throughout the race and looked to have a decent chance when having to be switched around the favourite a furlong from home. His finish was disappointing as he could only manage to fcome home in 7th place beaten 2.75 lengths. A stronger pace may have been needed, but he has always been a difficult horse to get to put his head in front regularly.
0.75pt e/way Colori Forever (96) – A shocking display from the selection who was well fancied but found little when asked inside the final two furlongs coming home in 12th place beaten 11.25 lengths. Very little performed on the day on the straight course from the high stall numbers.
0.75pt e/way Into The Sky (91) – The selection was reported to have stopped quickly by jockey Oisin Murphy as he trailed home in 14th place beaten 16 lengths. Too bad to be true, although it must be said the runners drawn centre to far side looked to hold an advantage on the straight course throughout the day.
Today’s Advice
No Investments
I will be taking a summer break from the blog following Royal Ascot and will return on Monday 27th July for Glorious Goodwood.
My selections for the Purebred Arabian racing which has been cancelled due to BHA protocol are scheduled to hopefully be going ahead again on 26th and 27th June, 6th, 9th and 16th July going forward on Attheraces before my return back on here.
Happy holidays.
Best of luck.
Graham
