Today’s Advice

BHEAN SAIBHRE (14f Hcap) – This five-year-old mare has been selected a few times and has yet to take the gold medal. She has had a few unlucky efforts and managed to run into the places over 12f at Roscommon for us at the backend of 2024 following a two month break. She finished well behind Steps In The Sand over 13f at Ballinrobe last July just going down by a half length having travelled in rear when looking like a step up in trip to today’s distance would suit. Apprentice jockey Jack Cleary is back on board again today and his 5lb claim should come in handy. He has been hitting the crossbar a bit lately and will be looking for his first win on the flat since Brandon Creek last November.

The selection comes in here 12lbs better off at the weights for today’s (3.48) Navan with You Make Me Smile who finished just under 3 lengths ahead of her over the extended 12f at Bellewstown last October and the stiffer test today should suit her much better.

1pt e/way Bhean Saibhre (9/2 Paddy Power, Skybet, Boylesports, Unibet 4 places) 3.48 Navan
