0.5pt e/way Ouzo (109) – A fine display of race riding skills from jockey Saffie Osborne who became the first female to ride a winner at Meydan. We knew she would need luck in running, and she found the gaps at the right time aboard Ouzo who quickened clear at the finish. A nice drift out to 15/2 for late players. Result 1st 5/1 adv…15/2 SP.

0.75pt win Ohailbhic (106) – One of the best performances of the night on the clock from this improving three-year-old colt. He is still learning to race, and lost his positon during the race (jockey reported that his saddle slipped a little bit). He did well to hold Miss Black Jack in the circumstances by 1/2 length at the line. Result 1st 7/2 adv…11/4F SP.

0.75pt win Coulstar (97) – A somewhat unlucky performance from the filly not to finish closer to the first two home. The selection was keen early on in the race, and jockey Danny Sheehy ended up tracking The Poacher Daly in the home straight (who had endured a slipped saddle from early on in the race). She did well to keep on at the finish, and looks ready for a step up to 7f.
