Today’s Advice

PUBLIC ATTENTION (6f Hcap) – Short price favourite Szeryng was impressive when recording a (108) timefigure over course and distance last time out. He looks a bit short in the market and the selection looks worth an interest considering he was a Group 3 winner in Australia who was improving with each run.

He has been showing up nicely in his barrier trials and recorded a strong (110) timefigure last time on the dirt at Sha Tin over six furlongs. He performed with credit over seven furlongs when finishing second just beaten a half length behind Angel Capital in the Group 3 Caulfield Guineas Prelude having raced three wide.

We have still to learn whether six or seven will be his best trip going forward but he looks a fascinating contender for this morning’s (9.25) Sha Tin and a small interest looks the way to go.
