Today’s Advice
BULLET POINT (8f Hcap) – This four-year-old finished off last season on an upward curve recording a (112) speed figure at Newcastle when finishing four lengths clear of Commander of Life, and getting the better of Tribal Chief by a half length over course and distance on ground that may have suited that rival more. He has risen fifteen pounds in the handicap ratings since, but judging by his performance at Newcastle he could still be well treated for today’s (3.00) Newmarket from a mark of 89. His trainer William Haggas has done well in April over the years at today’s venue with nine winners from seventy five runners since 2009, and has already struck at this meeting with More Thunder on Tuesday. The selection can race prominently, and should appreciate the drying ground better than some of his main market rivals.
