0.5pt e/way Chifa (97) – I wasn’t happy with the ride in that the pilot didn’t push his mount early on to get a position like Luke Morris did his last two races but the draw in stall seven probably made things a little bit more difficult. Although it could be argued that stall eight and nine found their positions well enough……The selection ended up losing his position and had to be reined back aggressively to the rear and in a slowly run race it was always going to be very difficult to come back from there. The selection finished last of nine beaten 4.25 lengths and it is best to put a line through the performance
