Today’s Advice

DAN ATTACK (6f Hcap) – This seven-year-old has been in fine form since the start of the new season having won two races and has not been out of the first four in his four races. The improvement could be down to the fact that connections have removed the tongue tie and blinkers. Last time out over course and distance he recorded a career best (109) timefigure having shown unusual early pace from stall eight to take up the running after two furlongs before keeping the opposition at bay all the way to the line.

Drawn in stall seven today it will be interesting to see how he is ridden for today’s (1.10) Happy Valley as there is a bit of pace on up front. Harry Bentley knows him well having won on him last time out and he can be held up as he normally is and still perform to a decent level.
