1pt e/way Down The Glen (95) – The selection looked like a different horse to the last day as he found nothing when asked entering the home straight. He came home in 7th place beaten 8.5 lengths and this was a long way off his last time out performance.

0.75pt e/way Zadawa (103) – The selection travelled like a dream throughout the race and bounded up the home straight to come home 8 lengths clear of her nearest rival. I would be cautious of the victory as she looked to simply handle conditions better. Her main market rival finished a well beaten sixth and was found to be coughing after the race. Result 1st 9/2 adv…10/3 SP.
